YOGASANA (Yoga Posture)

Asana brings a feeling of lightness, steadiness in mental physical, and health level, and a disease-free body. Yoga postures contribute to the stability, flexibility, and suppleness of the body; they stretch and tone the muscles; burn excess fat; balance the hormonal secretion and revitalize internal organs.

The movements of different Yogic postures such as forward bending, backward bending, sideways bending, twisting, inverted, balancing, and meditational postures are designed in such a way that they work on more than one aspect of the body at the same time, e.g. brain, spine, glands, internal organs, muscles, etc.

Their gentle squeezing action, stimulate and increase oxygen-rich blood supply to different parts with less effort and economy of time which really helps to rejuvenate and balance the mind and body.
