Fact - This is perhaps the most common view of Yoga. It is always tricky to talk about religion as it is a hot button issue for many people. Yoga is neither a sect nor an ideology. It is in no way limited by race, age, sex, religion, caste, and creed, or other boundaries. It is a method, a journey, practical training of body and mind.
